Sasquatch Snow Tracks in Catskill Mountains, New York

These tracks were found and photographed in 2013 near the town of Hunter, New York, in the Catskill Mountains. These photos have not been published or released until now.

The Catskills is the same general part of the state where the "New York Baby footage" was obtained. That footage was featured in an episode of "Finding Bigfoot".

Authentic sasquatch (synonym for bigfoot) tracks are found in snow every year in many parts of the county. More and more people now know to photograph them. Although it is theoretically possible to fake snow tracks by using prosthetic attachments ("track stampers") the fakery is usually obvious because the print shapes are cookie-cutter duplicates showing no variation in the toe positions and no flexibility of the sole. The photos below show tracks that DO NOT appear to have been made by a fake track stamper.

The common characteristics of sasquatch track pathways are the long strides and tight-rope pattern of stepping. In other words, the tracks are left in a straight line rather than the slightly staggered pattern you see in human footprint trackways. These snow tracks from the Catskills clearly show all the indications of authentic sasquatch tracks. The finder and photographer, Diana Proper, didn't get measurements but she did a great job of photographing them from the proper angles. You can see their approximate size (very large) and enough trackway characteristics to strongly suggest their authenticity.

Props to Diana Proper!
