LOCATION DETAILS: My town is located 1 mile south of I-64. There are huge woods on both sides of the town and all the animals go through my yard to get through town. There is a creek that runs through town and that is the only cover to connect the woods

NEAREST TOWN: Richview

OBSERVED: I have seen a Bigfoot 3 Decembers In a row now. I take that back seen visually once and seen eyes I can't explain another and heard one time. All of these have taken place within 500 yards of my house. Only in December has there ever been any activity and around that time the deer that frequent around my property stop coming around. I have found many deer skeletons and broken limbs in the area that are above my head. I can only tell you this. There is something in my woods and I need help finding what it is.

ALSO NOTICED: It was in my trash once. I thought it was a raccoon because I heard the can get knocked over and I went out with a flash light and was looking, I looked across the creek and I seen eyes around 9 feet in the air. I thought it was a coon in a tree till the eyes stayed looking at me and moved 30 feet to the left and then came back to the original spot then turned around and was gone.

OTHER WITNESSES: No

OTHER STORIES: A lady about 4 miles from my place thought she was watching a large dog playing in a field until it stood up and ran in the woods.

TIME AND CONDITIONS: Night time all three times. I had a spotlight on it with1,000,000 lumens power. Other times with poor lighting I could only see the eyes.

ENVIRONMENT: Woods, it is a bottle neck area for all wildlife in the area

In summary regarding the sighting:

The witness was at the edge of some woods on his property with his ATV and was using his one million candlepower spotlight when he saw an upright figure. After hitting it with the light the animal walked further back into the timber and out of his sight.

• The animal was estimated to be eight feet tall.
• The animal's weight was about 500 lbs.
• The witness stated that the animal was very wide, an "incredible hulk".
• The hair was very dark in coloring.
• The witness was 40 yards from the animal and unable to see the face.
