Seemed very scared. I, nor did other witnesses ever see anything like it. When we checked for footprints, nothing was found. OTHER WITNESSES: Walking their dog. TIME AND CONDITIONS: April 25th, 1997 ENVIRONMENT: There was a landfill near by.
