• December 2009 (Class B) - Possible sighting at night by a family on Hwy. 140E near Bonanza
• January 2006 (Class B) - Possible vocals heard near Klamath Lake
• September 2004 (Class A) - Driver has daylight, road-cross encounter near Chiloquin
• August 1998 (Class B) - Squaw Lake fisherman followed. Unrecognized stench, knocking, and high pitch howl heard while fishing along lake shore
• September 1996 (Class B) - Witness heard loud highpitched whooping sound that echoed throughout the forest
• 1989 (Class A) - Creature seen walking along the edge of forest
• July 1980s (Class A) - Camper has night sighting near Crater Lake
• October 1980 (Class B) - Footsteps heard outside of camper trailer near Bear Valley National Bald Eagle Refuge
