The Mysterious Monsters was released in 1975-76. It was typically ran as a double feature with the Legend of Boggy Creek.

It is unique in terms of the amount of historical footage, including various early Yeti expedition reels. Many of the eyewitness encounters are graphically reenacted in the field. Also shown are some of the first scientific inquiries into various types of evidence, including track casts, the Patterson footage, and sound recordings.
