LOCATION DETAILS: Outside of a town called Ontario.

OBSERVED: One day my brother and I were working on our grandfather's property, when we stopped to hear a peculiar sound. It was a loud, distant-sounding groan. It is very similar to Matt Moneymaker's sounds on the BFRO site.

ALSO NOTICED: Well, a couple of times we heard an odd whistling sounds in the same area.

OTHER WITNESSES: We were shoveling and working on a projectwe had been working on for a couple of days.

OTHER STORIES: Not any like this one that I know of.

TIME AND CONDITIONS: 1996. It was in the summer, June or July, it was about early afternoon.It also was a typical hot summer day.

ENVIRONMENT: We were next to a small forest, but there are larger forests in the immediate area. The terrain is rather hilly and it is not too far from a place called Clearfork Reservoir.
